I’m Lewis, founder of Prestige Property Clearance. I decided to start this business after experiencing a poor and impersonal service from a clearance company during a stressful time that left a lot to be desired.

Send us your details and a brief description of the job. Our team will then get in touch with you directly to discuss the work that needs doing and arrange a visit if necessary.

2 Maximum Cost Quote with No Hidden Cost

We’ll provide you with a quote for your clearance or removal work. This will be a maximum-price quote, and you will not be subject to any hidden costs or extra fees.

3 Reuse and Donate Where Possible

We sort through your items methodically and can knock money from your quote if potentially valuable items are found. We aim to reuse, donate or recycle wherever possible.

4 Last Resort Landfill

Only when we are absolutely certain that there is no viable avenue to reuse, donate or recycle your individual items will we be forced to take them to landfill. We will explore every eco-conscious option available before reaching this point.

Will the price ever increase?

No. Any quote we provide is a maximum price. It will never go up and may reduce depending on what we find.
